Onsite Headshots for Conferences and Company Events in NYC

A conference or company event is one of the best times to get headshots done. Your whole team is in one place, often along with clients and partners, and a headshot station gives people something useful to take home. It also brings traffic to your booth: attendees line up for a free professional headshot, and you get a few minutes of real conversation with each one.

At Natural Studio, we set up a full portable studio wherever the event is, with lighting and a backdrop. We’ve run headshot stations for Nuix over three days at the Javits Center, photographed 60 people over two days for Charcoalblue at St. Ann’s Warehouse in Brooklyn, and shot onsite for teams at Amazon, along with many other company events around the city. Each session takes just a few minutes, so we can move through a steady line without anyone feeling rushed. Our style is relaxed and conversational, which matters in a busy event setting. People who’d normally freeze up in front of a camera loosen up quickly, and the photos come out looking natural, not like a stiff corporate portrait.

After the event, everyone gets their images quickly and picks their favorite, and we deliver retouched finals within a week. Whether it’s a one-day company offsite or a multi-day trade show, we can scale the setup to fit. Team Headshots in NYC

Your team page is often the second thing a potential client or new hire looks at, right after your homepage. When everyone’s headshot was taken somewhere different, in different light, the page reads like a collection of strangers. Good team headshots do the opposite. They make a group of individuals look like one company, while still letting each person look like themselves.

That last part is where we’re different. A lot of corporate headshots look stiff: forced smiles, rigid poses, people who clearly wanted to be anywhere else. At Natural Studio, our sessions are relaxed and conversational, so people loosen up and the photos look like them on a good day. The result is warm, natural, and approachable, which is how most teams actually want to come across. We’ve been shooting team headshots in NYC since 2019, for companies ranging from six-person startups to firms of 40 or more.
