At Natural Studio, we specialize in portrait and headshot photography with a clean, contemporary, and natural feel.
Our recent work has included actor headshots, corporate and executive portraits, publicity and promotional photography, LinkedIn headshots, personal branding, website imagery, and portraits for a wide range of professional and creative uses.
We've photographed writers, artists, actors, architects, designers, entrepreneurs, executives, and people working throughout technology, publishing, law, education, real estate, and other industries.
While our aesthetic remains consistent, we don't believe every person should be photographed in exactly the same way.
We collaborate with our clients throughout the shoot, paying attention to what the images need to communicate and how they'll ultimately be used. Lighting, composition, expression, background, and direction can all shift depending on the person and the purpose of the photographs.
What remains consistent is our approach: beautiful light, thoughtful composition, natural direction, and a relaxed environment where people can feel comfortable in front of the camera.
The result is photography that feels polished and professional without losing the individuality of the person being photographed.
Most sessions take place at our private Brooklyn studio near Park Slope and Gowanus, and we also photograph people on location throughout New York City.
